Section 1

General Terms

Welcome to bd8bd. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the bd8bd platform, accessible at https://bd8bd.app and any associated mobile web experience (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform in any capacity — including browsing the lobby, registering an account, placing a bet, claiming a bonus , or contacting customer support — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

bd8bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the bd8bd Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You may only register and maintain an active account if you satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are aged 18 years or older at the time of registration. bd8bd strictly prohibits use of the Platform by minors. This is a non-negotiable requirement and is enforced through identity verification procedures.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual natural person and not on behalf of any third party, corporate entity, or syndicate.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any such person employed by bd8bd or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners, where such participation would represent a conflict of interest.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion programme operated by bd8bd or any third-party responsible gaming registry that covers online gambling services.
• You have not previously had an account with bd8bd suspended, terminated, or permanently closed for violation of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind, acting voluntarily, and have not been assessed as suffering from a gambling disorder that would make participation in real-money gaming inappropriate at this time.

Account Registration

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account with bd8bd at any time. Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

bd8bd supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via a range of locally relevant payment methods. All cashier operations are governed by the following terms, which apply in addition to the specific terms and conditions of each payment provider.

• bd8bd reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. These checks are designed to protect players from fraud and to verify account ownership.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5 of these Terms before they can be withdrawn.
• bd8bd does not accept deposits made using credit cards obtained through credit facilities for the purpose of gambling. Debit cards, mobile money wallets, and bank transfers are the accepted funding methods.
• In the event that a deposit cannot be matched to a recognised payment method registered in your name, bd8bd may withhold the deposit pending further verification or return the funds to the originating account.
• Bangladeshi Taka (৳) is the sole operating currency of bd8bd. Any funds deposited in a foreign currency via Visa or Mastercard will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. bd8bd is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

Section 5

Bonus & Promotions Terms

bd8bd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the individual promotion, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any inconsistency between the promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms will take precedence for that specific offer.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible verified accounts only. Unless otherwise stated, welcome bonuses are available to new accounts making their first qualifying deposit. Existing player promotions are available to accounts that meet the stated activity and deposit criteria for each offer.
• Wagering Requirements: The vast majority of bonuses awarded by bd8bd are subject to wagering requirements. A wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, where stated) must be wagered using real-money bets before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements for each promotion are stated in plain English in the promotion's specific terms.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms, slots contribute 100% of each bet toward the wagering requirement, while live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) typically contribute at a lower rate. Sports betting contributions are stated per promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses and associated free spins expire within the time period stated in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses and any winnings accumulated from expired bonus funds will be forfeited automatically.
• Abuse and Misuse: bd8bd operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once; exploiting technical errors to generate unintended winnings; coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics; or systematically hedging bets across promotional offers to reduce variance without genuine wagering intent.
• bd8bd's Right to Amend: bd8bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Where an active promotion is cancelled, any wagering already completed under that promotion will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Section 6

User Obligations

By using the bd8bd Platform, you accept the following obligations. These obligations exist to protect the integrity of the Platform, to safeguard other users, and to ensure that bd8bd can continue to operate a fair and reliable service for all Bangladeshi players.

• You must keep your account login credentials — including your username, password, and any 2FA codes — strictly confidential and must not share them with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must ensure that all information provided to bd8bd — including your name, date of birth, address, email address, and payment details — remains accurate and up to date at all times. You must promptly notify bd8bd of any changes to your contact or payment details via the account settings or by contacting support.
• You must not use the Platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gambling and sports betting. Use of the Platform for commercial purposes, arbitrage betting, or as part of a coordinated betting strategy intended to guarantee profit is prohibited.
• You must not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or technical tools to interact with the Platform in any way that is not part of the standard user experience presented by bd8bd.
• You accept that gambling involves risk and that you may lose real money. You confirm that you are gambling voluntarily, with funds you can afford to lose, and that you are not gambling to recover losses from prior gambling sessions or from any other financial obligation.
• You are responsible for any tax or other statutory obligations arising from your use of bd8bd in your jurisdiction. bd8bd does not provide tax advice and is not responsible for any tax liability you may incur as a result of winnings received through the Platform.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bd8bd Platform. Engaging in any of the following behaviours may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false or misleading information during registration, verification, or at any other point of interaction with bd8bd. This includes using another person's identity, payment method, or personal details.
• Money Laundering: Using the bd8bd Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity. bd8bd applies anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Collusion: Conspiring with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, event, or betting market available on the Platform.
• Match Fixing: Participating in, facilitating, or having prior knowledge of any arrangement to fix the outcome of a sporting event or casino game on which bets are placed through bd8bd.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a fraudulent chargeback, reversal, or dispute with your bank or payment provider for deposits that were legitimately processed on bd8bd. Accounts that initiate fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently closed and any outstanding balances forfeited.
• Software Exploitation: Exploiting any software error, glitch, or technical vulnerability on the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings accumulated as a result of exploiting a known or unknown technical error may be voided.
• Harassment: Using the Platform's communication features (including live chat, support tickets, or any messaging functionality) to harass, threaten, or abuse bd8bd staff or other users.

Section 8

Account Closure & Suspension

bd8bd and its users each retain the right to close or suspend an account under the circumstances described below. Account closure procedures differ depending on whether the closure is initiated by the player or by bd8bd.

Player-Initiated Closure: You may request the closure of your bd8bd account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed and your remaining balance returned to your registered payment method. Accounts closed at a player's request due to responsible gaming concerns — including self-exclusion requests — are handled under the procedures described in our Responsible Gaming policy, with additional protections applied.

bd8bd-Initiated Closure or Suspension: bd8bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity verification or age verification procedures within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed engagement in any prohibited conduct listed in Section 7.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Suspected or confirmed operation of multiple accounts.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or fraudulent activity.
• Account inactivity: accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. bd8bd will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder before applying any dormancy fee or initiating closure procedures.

In cases where an account is closed by bd8bd due to a violation of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money deposits that were not used in violation of these Terms will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and bd8bd will endeavour to return legitimate funds where appropriate and where the account holder has passed identity verification.
